Pursue your purpose

I deal with my single state in life by being in pursuit of my purpose. I stay active in ministry and read/meditate on the word of GOD. Also I have a book reading club with ladies from the church.
First, we ask how did it minister to us and in what area. Secondly, we compare scripture truth to the different problem area that we may be experiencing. Thirdly, we then ask each person how did this book encourage their pursuit of the purpose of God in our life. (1) Pray before reading the books/Bible;ask for wisdom to understand and rightly apply God's word.(2) Praise God and have the spirit of worship abiding in you for the joy of the Lord is our strength.
(3) Read the word of God with expectation. (4)After reading the word take a SELAH (mediate on what you read).(5) Tell the group if there is anything in the book,you did not understand because that what book clubs are about sharing, discussing, and edifying each other. When you get busy pursuing God and understand that he wants to hear from us just like our earthly father. He want to hear when you arise; Good morning father,I thank you for waking me up. I yield and submit my will unto you today, not my will father God but thine divine will be done. Father order my foot steps through this day shield,and protect me from dangers seen and unseen. Fulfill your purpose in my life today and be glorified in everything I say and do. I ask and decree these blessing upon my life today,thank you father for hearing my pray in Jesus name AMEN!!!
